Apple Cider Vinegar in its natural undistilled form is a powerful healing and cleansing agent. Hippocrates found as early as 400 B.C. that it has antibiotic and antiseptic properties that fight germs and bacteria.It was sold as a health drink on the streets in the Middle Ages and Samurai Warriors drank it before battle to increase their strength & power.

Cancer. A few laboratory studies have found that vinegar may be able to kill cancer cells or slow their growth.
