Rose Flower says: “Just wanted to share my transformation.”
40 is the new 20!
I started my journey in May 2013! So I’m going on 3 years this May! Hard work does pay off!”
I started my in May 2013 because of my health my doctor told me in a nice way that I was obese she put it yo me gently.
First thing I did was run and just started eating healthy.
I hear a lot of clean eating and I research it and started clean eating!
About 6-7 months into my journey I found out that I needed to have my gallbladder removed because I had high cholesterol so I took a few months off. Just last year of January I started to lift weights and I just fell in love with it!

Nancy Reinhardt is a stay at home mom of 5 turned highly successful entrepreneur.
Like many, she lived a fit athletic life in her teens and early twenties. Was a known aerobics instructor and trainer and from there was a successful health club manager. She chose to leave the fitness industry and turn her focus to having a family and raising children. Letting herself “go”.
That is, until the day her mobility was gone and she was unable to care for her children while dealing with debilitating back issues. She knew what she had to do and she got to work with a goal of hitting “40” in the best shape of her life!

I was introduced to a daily nutritional cleansing system that changed my life.
With dedicated meal planning, exercise and rest. I went from out of shape nurse to fitness model and figure competitor in months.

What Is the Most Important Bodybuilding Tip?
My best fitness tip is portion control. My epiphany was to reduce my portions and it truly made a difference in my fitness goal. Incorporate weight training into your fitness routine. This allowed me to shed weight quickly and build muscle.
