About to turn 49 and can honestly say lifting weights so far has given me awesome results. Yes nutrition is 70% but with dedication & commitment its all achievable. I am also currently studying to be a Personal trainer here in Australia – I want to inspire, encourage and be a role model to the over 40’s who may have doubts & need that little bit of guidance. I am really passionate about making the difference for them, working as a team 🙂

“Weight training transformed my body. I’ve been recycling 30-40 lbs for most of my life by yo-yo dieting and exercising.”
“Until recently, I have had size 14 clothes in my closet. Now I am a size 2-4. I never found something I could live with until now. I never made myself a priority on my to-do list until now. It’s been a year that I lost 45 lbs and maintaining this weight and I attribute my success to weight training and good nutrition. I lift as heavy as I can, so much that my third set has me barely being able to so 5-6 reps.
That is what I changed. I used to use pink and purple weights thinking high reps, low weight was the answer.
WRONG! And I still do cardio after I lift but I don’t do more than 30-45 minutes where before I would try for a minimum of an hour.”
Rose Flower says: “Just wanted to share my transformation.”
40 is the new 20!
I started my journey in May 2013! So I’m going on 3 years this May! Hard work does pay off!”
I started my in May 2013 because of my health my doctor told me in a nice way that I was obese she put it yo me gently.
First thing I did was run and just started eating healthy.
I hear a lot of clean eating and I research it and started clean eating!
About 6-7 months into my journey I found out that I needed to have my gallbladder removed because I had high cholesterol so I took a few months off. Just last year of January I started to lift weights and I just fell in love with it!

Nancy Reinhardt is a stay at home mom of 5 turned highly successful entrepreneur.
Like many, she lived a fit athletic life in her teens and early twenties. Was a known aerobics instructor and trainer and from there was a successful health club manager. She chose to leave the fitness industry and turn her focus to having a family and raising children. Letting herself “go”.
That is, until the day her mobility was gone and she was unable to care for her children while dealing with debilitating back issues. She knew what she had to do and she got to work with a goal of hitting “40” in the best shape of her life!
– I am a 15yr cardiac nurse
I barely exercised because I would become fatigued and hyperventilate with minimal stress
I was introduced to a daily nutritional cleansing system that changed my life.
With dedicated meal planning, exercise and rest. I went from out of shape nurse to fitness model and figure competitor in months.
